Alex Baughurst is a music producer, composer, arranger & recording/mixing/mastering engineer based between Sussex, England and Cardiff, Wales.Alex started producing & writing music at the age of 12 after being asked by a friend to help make a song in the style of a Disneyland fireworks show. He quickly downloaded the free trial of FL Studio and, ever since, music has been his passion.Since then, he's gone on to study under industry veterans & work closely with various artists, bands and corporate clients and assist in running sessions in places such as The Coachhouse at Rockfield Studios.Alex is experienced in many aspects of the recording process such as DAW usage (Logic Pro, Pro Tools & FL Studio), desk operation, artist direction and is a complete microphone & gear geek.He also has an RSL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music Practitioning (Production) and is in his final year of university for a BA(hons) in Music Producing from the University of South Wales in Cardiff.Alex is experienced in various styles of music but is most comfortable with orchestral scoring and pop music and is a one-stop shop for all things music.
