Alex Baughurst is a music composer, producer, arranger & mixing engineer specialising in creating music for media themed attractions. Based in the UK, Alex has worked with artists and clients all across the world.Since 2016, Alex has composed and arranged music for mediums such as tourist information videos, travel documentaries and web audio series.Alex has written and produced music in various styles such as pop, rock, orchestral, J-pop and many more. Throughout his backcatalogue, Alex has utilised industry-standard production techniques and styles which allows his music to maintain a high level of quality.From a young age, Alex has been passionate about theme parks and the music that goes with them. At age 5, even listening to a Disneyland Paris CD on loop until it broke, which sparked his love for theme park music and inspired him to study music as a specialist subject. He is currently in his final year of university, persuing a Bachelor's degree in Music Producing from the University of South Wales.From listening to the soundtracks of many theme parks from around the world, Alex has developed a great understanding of the styles and arrangement techniques used in these tracks, and created a confidence in his ability to compose and produce them. From firework shows, to parades, to rides, to area loops, Alex has the skills required to do it.
